ANTIQUE VICTORIAN ENGLISH SILVERPLATE EGG CODDLER
This is a fine anitque Victorian English silverplated egg coddler or boiler made by Roberts & Belk ca. 1880-90's (Samuel Roberts & Charles Belk). The lid is decorated with an acorn finial above plain reeding or ribs intersected by bright cut foliate ribs. The base is suspended by four wire form supports, each with spoon hook and ending in ball form feet over a Greek Cross base. The base bears the mark of Roberts & Belk. Condition: in very good condition with no loss to plate, 2 very small dents to bottom of boiler; missing its interior holder, spoons and spirit lamp.

ANTIQUE ENGLISH STERLING CALLING CARD CASE Ca 1918
Very nice English sterling early 20th century calling card case in the form of a small purse with link chain handle and finger ring; the interior is fully lined in brown leather and features seperate card compartments. Fully hallmarked for Birmingham with date letter for ca. 1918, with untraced makers mark of EJ?N. This case is in good condition, does have numereous small dents and a .12 in. split in silver. Both the dents and split are repairable, price reflects needed repairs.

VINTAGE SILVERPLATE FOOTED CENTERPIECE BOWL WITH FLOWER FROG
This very decorative silverplate centerpiece bowl (possibly by Leonard, but unmarked)is made in the form of a lotus flower supported by three S-scroll legs highlighted by pinecones and ending in flaring candle nozzels. The center of the bowl is fitted with a removeable hanging flower frog. In extemely good condition, with no dents, two small dark spots on outside of bowl; this metal does polish like silverplate.

This is a nice pair of English Edwardian silver plate Adam style candlesticks made by Walker & Hall (Sheffield, UK); with urn-shape candleholders and tapered fluted stems resting on oval stepped and shaped bases; sticks are pitch and plaster loaded; dates from Edwardian era ca. 1901-1910; Condition is excellent, no loss to plate, minor scratches to top of candleholder, small repairs to side of base on both sticks; bases marked with W&H[flag]for Walker & Hall.

A large vintage silver plate Well and Tree meat platter, this particular form is also referred to as a Dinner Platter having a center meat well with tree pattern (for juices) and two side wells, foliate shell and gadroon border; estimated date is ca. 1920s - 1940s; in very good condition, no loss to plate, slight repairable bend to outer rim; Note: this is a heavy platter, weighs 5.5 lbs.

SHEFFIELD SILVER ENTREE HOT PLATE OR FOOD WARMER
This is the base to a mid-century (ca 1930-50) silverplate entree dish made by the Sheffield Silver Company of New York. The silver plated frame is supported on modified Chippendale-style legs ending in paw form feet; the two alcohol burners are supported by a wire cross-frame; metal warming plate sits inside the top frame. Marked under frame: Sheffield Silver Co., Brooklyn NY; 1908 - 1974.
Condition: missing original water pan, dish and top; frame is excellent, no loss to silver plate, no dents; metal top plate has some discoloration from heat/ use. Note: this is electroplated silver and not to be confused with old 18th c. Sheffield plate!

ANTIQUE CHINESE EXPORT SILVER TAZZA OR COMPORT
A nice hand-wrought Canton Chinese Export Silver flat cupped tazzas (also commonly referred to as a comport or compote) of Western form; the shallow bowl with raised applied Chippendale-style border, center decorated with bright-cut engraved floral & Phoenix design; domed base and knopped stem. Chinese hallmarks on base including makers mark (unattributed); this tazza was made in Tianjin(Tientsin) City and dates to Cira 1910.
Condition: minor age/use scratches,no dents; faint V shaped join lines around rim.
