Very decorative Meissen porcelain pierced center bowl with molded, overlapping and scrolling leaves, glazed in a rich, deep royal blue with gilt highlights. Marked on base with under-glaze blue Crossed Swords mark of Meissen, impressed #142, incised #B111, and gold gilder's/decorator's mark.
