This pair of salt and pepper shakers is a rare find! Pink cased glass mould blown in an overlapping leaf design, with white/ milk glass interior and pale rose pink exterior; ground pontil. This pair are considered as a scarce pattern (ref: The World of Salt Shakers; Mildred & Ralph Lechner); dates from mid-late 19th c.
Condition: chips to rims, orignal tops are missing
