Rare, clear Early American Lacy glass oblong shallow tray in the Scrolled Leaf & Fleur de lis pattern with plain edge. Attributed to Sandwich; see MIT G49; American Glass by McKearin, Plate 156 #2. Glass has silvery brilliance and a clear bell-like ring when tapped. Dates from 1828-1842.
