Vintage bottle of Shocking by Schiaparelli in its original presentation box. The box features a hidden drawer at the bottom, which, when opened, reveals the bottle of Shocking. This unopended bottle is 3 1/2 in high with a glass cube stopper, the hot pink label says Shocking de Schiaparelli, 12 Place Vendome, Paris.
The Italian born designer Elsa Schiaparelli (1890-1973) was inspired by modern and surrealist art and was a designer for Mae West.
Condition: unopened bottle and label are in perfect condition, some possible evaporation evident but bottle remains 95% full, seal is intact. Box is also in near perfect condition with some abrasions along bottom edge and at hidden drawer; no other damage. |
