Striking vintage child's beaded purse from the 1920's, covered in silvery iridescent grey/black (possibly Marcasite?) and deep purple glass beads set in a semi-circular pattern; bottom with dark grey fringe; imbossed metal frame with rose and vine motif; knob twist closure. Original paper Made in Czechoslovakia label sewn onto lining.

Condition: extremely good; original blue fabric lining; approximately 1 1/2 inches of beading on one side is loose from frame but there are no apparent beads missing.
