Not an unusual find but makes a great inexpensive decorative kitchen item! This little tin nutmeg grater dates from the middle to latter part of the 19th c; it has a small compartment at the top with a flip-up lid for storage of nutmegs.
Condition: very good; overall darkening of tin but otherwise intact with no dents or cracks in metal; very minor rust spots around some grate holes. |
