Originally designed for sharpening quills, this ornate sterling silver Victorian penknife is decorated with repousse scrolling foliage surrounding a central shaped cartouche. The knife has four steel blades of various lengths. Blades are marked Germany, case is marked sterling. In excellent condition with only minor discoloration to steel blades, script monogram to cartouche on one side only.
