This is a vintage collector grade Model-C View-Master Stereoscope made by Sawyer's Inc. and produced between 1946-1955. This is the most recognized of all View-Master viewers and was the first model to have a reel slot. They remained in production for approximately 10 years. This model comes with the variant #2 Light Attachment [image of a Model C]. Made of black Bakelite, it has the brass advance lever, inset rivets and the 6 step eye piece.
This set includes the the bottom to the original box, various pieces of literature including a reel list and a total of 44 full color view reels. The ViewMaster is in wonderful condition with only slight wear. |
